Pace Digitek Ltd share price declined by 1.64% to Rs 198.1 after the company's net profit tanked by 40.98% to Rs 62.51 crore, while revenue from operations plunged by 49.36% to Rs 555.36 crore in Q2FY26 over Q1FY26. It has inched up 1.54% over last one week and gained upto 3.76% in last one month while the market capitalization of Pace Digitek Ltd has marginally improved by 2% and 8.77% in the same period respectively. Profit before tax (PBT) of Pace Digitek Ltd stood at Rs 81.63 crore in Q2 FY26, rising by 10.49% year-on-year, and tumbling by 44.02% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 58 crore, tanking 22.43% YoY and plunging by 59.64% sequentially. Total expenses saw a steep drop of 49.43% to Rs 473.74 crore in Q2FY26 over Q2FY25. During the quarter, cost of materials consumed stood at Rs 375.32 crore, slumping by 41.49% YoY, while employee benefits expense was at Rs 33.26 crore, surging 22.37% YoY. For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations tick up 0.18% to Rs 2438.78 crore, while net profit surged by 21.42% to Rs 279.1 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA witnessed a strong improvement of 37215% to Rs 458.29 crore, and PBT soared 25.16% to Rs 383.93 crore compared to previous TTM. The company's consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 175.89 crore in FY26, as against Rs 214.12 crore in FY25. Pace Digitek Ltd nosedived by 8.92% in last one year, underperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has slipped by 3.20% during the same period.
